Nora The Piano Playing Cat - The Sequel

Nora_mencher1 Have you seen the sequel? Meet Nora, the piano playing cat. Nora lives with her five feline friends and artists, Burnell and Betsy. You can read more about the family at Raven's Wing Studio. There's even Nora posters, card, t-shirts . . . at the online shop.

According to Burnell, the sequel "features all-new footage and more duets. Better than the original! This is not a trick that was taught to Nora. She began sitting at the piano at about one-year-old. She's three now. She plays only when the mood strikes her, which is usually several time a times a day for short periods."

Keeping It All In the Air

JugglingI was feeling really bad because some of the balls I've been juggling have been dangerously close to hitting the floor.

One of them is this blog. In my travels through the blogosphere I've read that it's better not to apologize when you don't write for awhile, so this is not an apology. It's more of a realization and my written intention to do a better job.

Another one is reading blogs. Lately I've been reading more and feel like it's time to get back in the game.

How are you doing at juggling?

Workrave Reminds You to Take a Break!

Workrave Here's a nifty tool to try. Workrave is a program that reminds you to take a break.

The authors created it to help people in recovery and prevention of repetitive strain injuries (RSI). You can customize the times and duration of your breaks, and follow the stretching exercises. I've seen other programs, but this is one of my favorites, and it's FREE!

I've written before about time management and using a timer when working on the computer. This is fun because it's visual and I can program it and forget it.

Let me know what you think.
