Scene on Saturday: Ice Storm

Today an ice storm has pretty much shut down this part of the country. It's a good time to hunker down beside the fireplace with a good book. What are you doing?

I know how you feel, it has done the same to us here also. You can see a couple pics of what it looks like in my neck of the woods over at my blog as well.
One bonus to the ice and us not going anywhere, I have finally decided to go ahead and tackle the kids' room and slim down and all the "stuff."
I do hate the ice and cold weather, but I think that your picture is beautiful. (Just as long as I only see it in a picture.lol)

That same storm reached us early Sunday in Pennsylvania. I was on my way to the airport in New Jersey and encountered many accidents along the way due to the very slippery roads. Thanks God we could arrived in one piece!
