We're ready to build out your site. Let's get started! First we'll want to establish an account for TypePad.
Click on the banner below to navigate to the TypePad site.
- Choose the Sign Up link to open the page where you will establish an account, enter your credit card info and create your blog address. Don't worry too much about the blog address. Choose something simple and professional with no spaces (e.g., your name). Eventually your blog(s) will be mapped to a domain name.
- The Choose Your Plan page allows you to select the service level and billing plan. Select the PRO account. It is either $14.95/month or $149.50/year. We need the flexibility of that level to customize the look of your site.
- Design Your Blog page: Just follow the directions. When asked if you want your blog public, say "No" and opt out when you can.
- Let me know what the account username and password are and I'll start developing the site.
